Includes high speed Wifi and streaming cable. Property includes 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, 1 queen deluxe air mattress and a comfortable couch. This is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment just 167 feet from the boardwalk and the beach in San Diego’s premier beach destination, Mission Beach. The apartment is on the second floor of a three story building. The floors are carpet. The appliances, furniture, electronics, linens and artwork are all brand new. This is a 14 unit, three story apartment building with a shared gated yard for relaxation, sitting in the sun or a bbq. Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or venture out and sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the numerous neighborhood coffee stands and walk two blocks to the beach for a stroll as you watch the surf. We are 167 Feet from San Diego's most iconic beach. Have a hamburger or get a scoop of ice cream. Talk a walk or learn to surf, maybe rent a bike. It’s all right there at your doorstep. Groceries, Restaurants and Microbreweries are all around. Of course, you will have access to our communal BBQ grill, and it's always a good time to cook out. After lunch, head back home and take a nap on a cozy couch or one of the high end beds. If you like shopping, you are virtually 10-20 minutes from any destination in the greater San Diego Metro area. I would suggest starting with the cool little shops a couple blocks away. For Touristy stuff... well, the beach is two blocks away. Step out on the sidewalk and look west. It's that blue thing where the land ends. SeaWorld is a five minute drive. The World Famous San Diego Zoo is a ten minute drive away. We expected some noise from neighbors, but our first night there came with a loud group who was fighting, using profanity, throwing things, and being altogether frustrating. Doug immediately responded and had the group removed from their unit which was above ours. Doug also communicated throughout our stay which made the rental process so easy. Sometimes the property manager is what makes all the difference, and in this case, Doug made our stay great! ##### Nancy B. A few minor issues (tub not draining and front window latch broken) but all together a great place and I would stay there again. Expect to be woken up early to regular neighborhood noises. With no a/c it’s a must to keep the windows open and in such a tight space it’s easy to hear everything going on in the neighborhood. ##### Julia A.
