I booked this hotel for my mother her in law who did not speak English and they refused to help her find a taxi to get to the airport. This was not helpful and is terrible customer service. The only reason to stay here is because it’s close to the border.

Worst booking -room 116 review
It was real bad. Bath shower was rusty and the floor was dirty. Carpet was bad and smelling. This was room 116 on ground floor. I called reception to give a diff room and they said nothing available. Furniture had all scratches. Will never book again.

We arrive at night , the soon as we turn on the lights a BUNCH OF COCKROACHES RUN a way to hide , the bed also had BEDBUGS ... and the room it was not clean overall. 😒

The rooms were not up to standard in cleanliness. One of the rooms smelled like someone had been smoking drugs in it and there was what appeared to ge a blood stain on the carpet. My daughter stepped on what appeared to be a piece of finger or toe nail. We did not complain to management because we only stayed one night.

The guy at the reception desk was very quick and polite in getting us checked in. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. The bathtub has rust and needs replacing. A lot of noise by other tenants slamming doors and talking loudly. Overall we do like it especially for the price.
