THE SPACE Bayview is on a peaceful street in a great neighborhood, yet just 5 minutes to the heart of downtown and all the action, you couldn't stay in a more ideal location. You can walk to many of San Diego's top attractions, and drive to the rest in just 10-15 minutes! Located on the first level of a recently remodeled duplex, BayView offers a wonderful open floor plan, modern decor and an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two bedrooms; the master has a super comfy king bed, private half bath and large walk-in closet while the second bedroom has beautiful canopy queen bed and a large closet. Your home is in the perfect location, everything we did was within 15-20 mins. Thank you for leaving the binder with so much information on excursions, restaurants, shopping and sights to see. All communications were easy and quick. Having QR codes throughout the property for assistance and the Renter’s Guide were great. Beautiful property with an easy check-in process. My flight was a little early so I reached out the property manager who let my family and I check in earlier than scheduled. Ubers always within 5 minutes and food delivery was easy! We really enjoyed overlooking the airport and yes it is loud but also intriguing to watch! Naval ships coming and going and many birds chirping all around.
