### Beautifully Remodeled Studio apartment

Beautifully Remodeled Studio apartment. Great open air floor plan with roll up style garage door windows to open the space if desired . Centrally located in the lovely and lively neighborhood of Hillcrest/University Heights.  
  
Spacious inside with a laundry room on site and fast wifi. Great for longer term stays for working professionals or travel nurses. Also good for weekend getaways when its available and not rented longer term  
  
If you need me please reach out; I only live ten minutes away.  
  
Hillcrest is a lively neighborhood in San Diego. It is full of great restaurants and bars. It is close to Balboa park and the Zoo. A quick 10 minutes from the airport, Little Italy or downtown. Close to major Interstates, beaches and shopping.  
  
You will have a code for a key to your private entry.  
  
Queen bed and a blow up mattress on request  
  
This neighborhood is great for walking! It is a $5 uber to get Downtown and centrally located in San Diego.  
  
Sunday's the farmers market is one street south! Great local goodies  
We are a pet friendly property. WE REQUIRE A $50 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR PETS.

#### Great location, unique and pretty private space 

Amazing location to be in the uptown areas of hillcrest/univ heights/north park. The open concept with the garage door is nice and having laundry on site is convenient as well. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. Only issue was the walls are a bit thin and the tenants in the other units didn't seem to care that the front entrance door slams pretty loud.
