### Beautiful, Large Home - Bay Views and Parking!

Summary:  
Experience the best of San Diego living in our conveniently located Victorian home in the prestigious Banker's Hill neighborhood. The home boasts breathtaking views of the San Diego Bay and downtown skyline from its private balconies, classic charm, like original moldings, high ceilings, and hardwood floors, as well as modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The location couldn't be more perfect, with the best of San Diego's amenities and attractions just steps away.  
  
The Space:  
The home's downstairs features a spacious living area - with flat screen, smart TV, large, separate dining room, full kitchen, half bathroom, front yard, front deck space with outdoor living furniture and view of the bay/ downtown, and a fenced backyard with seating and a gas BBQ grill. Upstairs you'll have a full bathroom, master bedroom with smart TV, a comfortable queen bed, and a private balcony with spectacular views of the Harbor and Downtown, an additional bedroom with two full beds and a spacious closet, a third bedroom with a queen sized bed and closet.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will have private access to the home in its entirety.

Banker's Hill is known for its charming, historic architecture and prime location just minutes from the city's top attractions and amenities. The neighborhood is located just north of Balboa Park and south of the bustling Little Italy district, making it a popular choice for those who want to be close to all the action.  
  
The area also boasts a vibrant culinary scene, with a range of popular restaurants, cafes, and bistros, as well as a variety of specialty shops, boutique stores, and local markets.  
  
In addition to its prime location and charming atmosphere, Banker's Hill is also known for its safety and walkability. The neighborhood is home to several parks and green spaces, including Quince Street Park and Maple Canyon Park, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.  
  
Overall, Banker's Hill is a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to experience the best of San Diego's history, culture, and lifestyle. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a business trip, or a romantic getaway, you're sure to fall in love with this beautiful and welcoming neighborhood!  
  
Getting Around:  
Walk, Bike, Scooters, Uber, Trolley, or by car.. We are incredibly close to most of San Diego's sightseeing and activities.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible rental length terms long or short term to suit your specific need.  
  
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil.  
  
Our most convenient location near Little Italy, Balboa Park, Downtown, and the Int'l Airport does lend us to some overhead airplane noise. We are on the landing side, and not directly under the path, so sounds is much less than (and doesn't last as long) as the takeoff side, but should be noted before booking.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Self check in 24 hrs: You'll receive a smart lock code that will be active during your stay. Although entire stay will be private and uninterrupted, I am available at any time should you need anything at all.
