Space was clean and well decorated. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the beachfront, maybe a little over 2 blocks away. Only downside was the heat didn't seem to work in the unit. It has been completely updated and very light and bright inside. It had everything we needed for a nice weekend away. Although we did not cook in the kitchen, they had everything you would need to cook a nice meal. It was two blocks from the beach, yet far enough away to feel removed. Close to dining, shops, beach, and activities. We plan to visit Pacific Beach again, and will likely stay at this property again. Host sent the information that we needed to access the property, and check-in and check-out was effortless. They even opened up the windows before we arrived to get some fresh air into the apartment for us. No issues whatsoever, and Ubers were minutes away every time we needed one. We had everything we needed within walking distance. It was easy to access with ride share apps. There is very limited street parking so ride share is recommended. The rental was very clean and had towels for the beach! The only draw back was the walls are pretty thin. We could hear our neighbors voices. Other than that it was a great stay. ##### Andrea B.
