Great Stay!
Super cute beach bungalow! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our dogs and loved this place! We enjoyed the fire pit on the front porch and the close proximity to Ocean & Dog Beach. Very cute neighborhood and nice neighbors. Would definitely stay again!

I believe that the house was definitely as advertised. It was very clean. It was a bit small however that was said in the advertisement. There was two floors which was nice. The only thing I would say is if you are older, the upper level is somewhat difficult with a bit of a spiral staircase. It was absolutely close to everything in Ocean Beach.

Comfy Cottage Close to Beach
Great kitchen, the place was very comfortable especially the front porch. Parking can be challenging: we stayed over the 4th of July and that day was tough, but cleared up right away on the following day.

We had a wonderful time and loved how close we were to the beach. The only bad thing was waking up to the tiny carpenter ants in the kitchen. We had to make sure not to leave a single crumb or spot on the counters, otherwise we’d get the ants.

I loved my stay, I would say a great little place for 2-4 people but with that many people you need to put more than a bathroom mirror in the house especially when there's more that one women. One lady could use the bathroom mirror to get ready and if you put some mirrors around the house others could get ready at the same time.

Cute little place. We didn't get to enjoy it as much as we wanted due to the weather. We couldn't find the thermostat but they had electric radiator type heater that we used. Didn't hear back when texted about t stat. On street parking was challenging but managed to park nearby. Property is located on direct flight path of airport and traffic was noticible but not terrible. Outfitted well enough for cooking and laundry. Great resturaunts in the neighborhood. We will keep this place on our list for San Diego!

This sweet beach house was exactly as described. The beds were super comfy, everything was clean and easy to find. The close proximity to Ocean Beach, shops and restaurants made for a relaxing vacation. We went to the Ocean Farmers Market on Wednesday night full of vendors, artists, food trucks, local produce and baked goods. My only suggestion would be to have a mirror in the bedroom and a regular coffee pot. Other than that It was perfect!!!

Perfect Old School Beach House!
We rented this house for a week in mid-March for spring break. What a great place! It’s just 2 blocks from Dog Beach in the Ocean Beach area. There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed our experience immensely! The front deck with gas fire table was a perfect place to enjoy the evenings and to meet the neighbors. It’s a bit small but that’s what all of the places are like in the OB area. We spent most of our time on the beach and going to the OB restaurants and bars! The pizza place and adjoining coffee shop were 1 block away and both were awesome! We also enjoyed the back yard with the picnic table and BBQ. The home comes with some beach chairs, sand toys, and a handy wagon to haul the stuff to the beach. The location was central to getting to downtown, to Old Town, and to Mission and Pacific beaches to the north- be sure to get a rental car so you can explore all of San Diego. If you’re a surfer or boogie boarder this location is perfect! The Wi-Fi and Roku tv worked well. The BBQ should be replaced and there needs to be a few more cooking utensils, but other than that it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice little cottage! Very small on inside. Kitchen and main bedroom are nice and updated but the bathroom is very small and outdated. The check in process was very last minute. I made my reservation a few weeks ahead of arrival but I didn’t get the contract to sign until check in day after I asked for code. Cottage is in a convenient location close to beach, shops and restaurants.

Great for a family get away!
From the rental process to checking in and out, everything was so easy! The property was adorable and super family friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was friendly. Great pizza place just up the block! A short walk to the beach to play in the waves and watch the sunset.

The beach house is a nice little property overall. It is perfectly located near a fantastic pizza restaurant and Dog beach, along with nearby driving locations to many San Diego attractions. The backyard needed to be maintained a little more (grass area was not mowed) & the bushes need trimming. The home was extremely warm upon arrival so be reminded of the no AC warning.

This property is very close to the beach, less than a block away and about a 10min walk to Newport Ave where there's tons of restaurants. Loved the grassy backyard for our dogs and the enclosed front patio to people watch and enjoy the ocean breeze. However, patio cushions were dirty. Covered in different stains. Sheets also had weird stains on them. Housekeeping needs to inspect the sheets and comforters more closely. It also gets pretty hot in the house during the summer. It's manageable with the windows open and fans on. They do supply you with 3 fans which was a lifesaver. We used 2 upstairs where it was the most hot and 1 in the living room. Overall great location with a cozy feel. Perfect place to bring your fur babies!

Stayed for a week. Super close to the beach. Cleanliness was the only issue we had. We found ants in the house frequently, and we had to clean the porch deck and cushions off because of dust/webs/dirt. The bathroom is pretty small and we ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly so I would suggest bringing some from home. We had a great time here overall!

Thanksgiving Getaway
We loved the property, had everything we needed to cook our holiday dinner and the cottage is very cute and comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was unusually cold, windy and rainy during our stay. The pilot light had gone out on the gas heater so we were freezing. The property manager was an angel and came to our rescue on Thanksgiving Day, and even brought us a nice bottle of wine for our troubles. Very much appreciated!! The weather finally broke on the day of our departure, giving us a taste of how nice it normally is here. We will definitely rent this property the next time we visit San Diego!

Live Like a Local
This little beach cottage was great! The location is on a quiet, little street with quick and easy access to Dog Beach. The place is fully equipped and very clean. The bathroom is tiny, but the rest of the house is quite comfortable. The front, outside deck is wonderful! There is a good, friendly pizza place just at the end of the street. My family and I found this place to be a really nice place to stay for a taste of beach life.

This is a quaint cottage close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Clean, updated amenities. Comfy beds, hot shower. Front deck has super comfy furniture and felt homey. FYIs-clearance is low from the kitchen to the restroom/bedroom area-anyone close to 6 ft or taller will need to duck. Parking could be an issue if you are coming and going a lot. Had to drive around a couple nights trying to find parking. Overall, we really enjoyed are stay. Would recommend cottage-it was perfect for our family of three spending a long wkend in San Diego.

Adorable, clean, and a good location!
We loved our stay at this property!! The new renovations have left this property clean and adorable. The fans available helped us sleep comfortably at night. We spent a lot of time on the front porch during the day and at night before we went to bed. The only complaint would be the flies outside. It definitely made it hard to eat or drink out there. One block to the beach made it easy to carry our beach chairs that were provided and snacks and drinks. If you have a rental car it is difficult to find parking on the street on the weekends. We had a car on Saturday and then just used uber the rest of the week. Thanks for letting us stay! We would definitely stay here if we were in OB again!

Cozy, clean and a short walk to the beach!
Our family of four (2 adults/ 2 children) really enjoyed this property! It was just the right size for us. The kids took the bunk room and my husband and I enjoyed the upstairs master bedroom. The house provided all we needed for our stay. It’s a short walk to Ocean Beach, the property even has chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and sand toys! It’s clean, well kept and the front porch area was our favorite night gathering spot.

Extremely charming and adorable bungalow! Couldn't get enough of just sitting out on the front deck! It was just my boyfriend and myself, and it was perfect. We didn't get into our car for 3 days!
