We frequently visit the area, but this location was absolutely perfect. The unit is one house away from the bay and tucked away from the street traffic/noise. There was plenty of parking, which is extremely hard to come by in Mission Beach. The house was stalked with everything we needed and was extremely clean. We did not rent a car but the parking here was so much better than other places in the area, my suburban would have fit no problem. Was nice to sit on the patio and see the bay and sunrise, along with the ocean just about 3 blocks away via a walkway. We used the bikes often (was a nice bonus) although their pretty old 2 of them were functionable. Was also nice that there was a washing machine. Place overall was great.
