Pacific Sands features an ideal three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom floorplan with rich hardwood floors, ample natural light, and multiple patios/decks for entertaining.

Step inside the ground floor entrance to a living area with sofa seating in front of a stacked-stone fireplace and flat-screen TV. The kitchen features stainless appliances, stone countertops, and backsplash, plus a convenient four-seat breakfast bar. There is an adjacent dining area with a table for up to six guests. Step through the glass sliding doors to the outdoor patio complete with outdoor seating, a gas BBQ and a dining table for four.

Upstairs on the second level are bedrooms 2 and 3, both with queen beds, ceiling fans, and TVs with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower.

The third level encompasses the well-appointed Primary suite with a king bed, stacked-stone fireplace, TV, and a view balcony featuring sofa seating and a cocktail table. The en suite bath features a dual-sink vanity, deep soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Parking is at a premium in Mission and Pacific Beach, so guests here will appreciate 2 dedicated spaces in the attached enclosed garage. The spaces are limited in size so check the parking dimensions section closely to ensure your vehicles will fit.

Place was amazing except for the refrigerator going out two times and having to move all food back and forth to garage refrigerator and freezer. Was pretty inconvenient but we still had fun and we got a leg work out. Master bedroom and bath was really nice but it was on the third floor and time consuming to go up and down the stairs 100 times. Beach and shops and restaurants were really close so never had to get in the truck to go places which was nice. Truck didn't fit in the garage so found a front parking spot and kept it there all weekend. Had a great anniversary weekend with the kids.

Pacific Beach condo

We just returned home after a week long stay (June 2025). The property was in a nice neighborhood, clean, well stocked and comfortable for my family of 4. My teen son and daughter were happy to have thier own rooms. Its located about 2 blocks from the beach which is good for a quieter spot but still only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and groceries. We didn't take advantage of the garage as we found parking on the street next to the condo pretty easy for all but one Friday evening (Bar and resturant crowd). Even then we found a spot about a 5min walk away. Im not sure if my SUV would fit in the garage, we didn't try.Great communication from the host and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

The property was great, location a short walk to the beach, and overall communications were good. There were a few mishaps, such as smoke defectors blaring at midnight, faulty electrical sockets, and a clogged shower, but a representative came out to address the issues the next day. The townhouse was clean, quiet, and as described. The communication after the incidents could have been better, but overall we had a great time.

Great Pacific Beach rental!

Located just a few blocks from the beach, lots of restaurants, bars, and shops, the condo was in the perfect spot. It had everything you’d need whether cooking in the kitchen or heading to the beach.

Fantastic!

What a wonderful place to stay! We were 2 adults and 2 young children, and this place was perfect. The location was second to none... a quick walk to the beach and to many of San Diego's best bars and restaurants. It was also very easy to get to and to get around by car. The neighborhood was lively during the day but perfectly quiet at night. The hosting company (Bluewater) was extremely welcoming, helpful, and communicative. The house was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was loads of space throughout. The bedrooms were sizeable, especially the king suite. No problem getting a pack n play in any of the rooms. The check-in and out process was a breeze. Parking was tight, but we managed with a grand cherokee taking up both allotted parking spots. No complaints whatsoever and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

PB GET AWAY

Awesome little place , if your into stairs . But thats PB. Great experience. Clean cute close to everything. Coffee shopping Beach restaurants .walking distance. Beds where amazing. Fun upper deck for coffee. Be nice to have a coffee maker up there . ( there is two. So you could pack one up. Tv and sound systems where nice as well. Blue was on it . Pleasant to work with. And ocomadating . Only bad thing . We had to leave. Thanks for the memories. We'll be back.

Absolutely Perfect

The place was great - spacious, clean, convenient, etc. There are a lot of great places, however. But what made this a great stay was Bluewater's attention to detail, from the little welcome gift in our condo to the text messages making sure we're OK. I generally prefer hotels, because I want someone on site if I need anything, but with it's team of people staffing the phones and text messages, it felt as if we did have someone there if we needed them.

Loved our stay, but…

The property lived up to all expectations with a few glaring exceptions: 1). Garage door remotes frequently did not work. It stopped us from leaving the garage because we couldn’t shut the units garage door and it stopped us from entering the main garage gate to park in the units garage. 2). Only one bath towel per person was left. If you take multiple showers/day - you were forced to use a damp bath towel. 3). We had to call for tissue paper for the unit. None was left when we checked in. It was promptly delivered.

Home away from home

We are a local family and were out of our home due to a leak… This property was awesome! We had so much fun walking to shops and the farmers market on Tuesday as well as going for a run and surfing in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this property as well as the management group!

We very much enjoyed our stay, all great, but…

We got locked out and could not access the house through the garage because the number lock was programmed wrong! We called the emergency number 28 times (!!) at 9.40 pm for almost one hour and left msgs till finally Natalia called us telling us that had her phone on silent. this is not acceptable and extremely unprofessional!
