Jun 6, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location in San Diego We enjoyed this property with our two young children because it was directly on the beach and because there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were able to just park the car and then spend our time in the sand or walking for food or sundries instead of having to drive everywhere to do anything. We hung out on the patio with the fire pit the majority of the time, which was perfect. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. The boardwalk is the best place to stay when in the area and this setup is top notch to relax and enjoy the stay. The bedrooms were roomy and plenty of space to unwind if needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless and having a two car garage was so convenient with the limited parking in the area of PB. ##### Jerry P. The rental was perfect for all our needs. The place was clean, beds were comfy, and the location right on the beach was simply amazing. We couldn’t ask for anything more. We had a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) and everyone had plenty of room to spread our downstairs or go upstairs to use one of the balconies for some away time. The only suggestion I would have is more seating along the front of the property, it stays shading longer there. ##### Tom B.
