The house had everything we needed for our family (2 adults + 2 teenagers). Might be difficult to sleep more people than that but plenty of room otherwise. Kitchen was well-stocked with cups, plates and silverware and having two bathrooms was very convenient. Nice to have the little patio in back to enjoy coffee in the morning. We were attending a multi-day conference at the San Diego Convention Center and it was in a super convenient location for us to get to the Convention Center every morning fairly easily. I will say the parking situation is a little crazy as the place does not have a driveway and you have to park on the street. We more often than not had to park a decent distance away and walk back, which was not a big deal for us but may make things difficult if you have small kids to herd back to the home. ##### Shannon P. The host was accommodating and responded quickly when i needed assistance after booking and prior to checking in. The home was located close to downtown. I felt safe and was able to take walks in the morning to downtown coffee shops. If we arrived after 8 or 9 we had to park far away. Other than the parking everything was great. ##### Chavon J.
