We had a family of 5, so parking a full size SUV was a necessity. Large windows facing the beach were great for sunsets. Kids were able to play in the sand/water every day when we returned from adventuring around San Diego. Be sure to buy some firewood and make s'mores on the pit outside. Second, so do our friends. And I think each of us can say this was an AMAZING location and beautiful home for our 1 week stay in San Diego. We rented a car (but used Uber when necessary as well) and it was perfectly placed for us. The 6 of us sitting at the comfortable table on the boardwalk for morning coffee, or the amazing sunsets were exactly what we all had hoped. We even took quick dips in the ocean steps away from the patio (and it has an outdoor shower!!). I saw dolphins playing right out front on our second last day there from the patio it was the ultimate good bye for me. I would recommend this place over and over, and I can honestly say I will be doing my best to come back sooner than later. ##### Crystal C. My adult children and i always pick a beautiful spot for Thanksgiving Holiday and we have found our forever reservation with this home. Kitchen is perfect for cooking for the troops, the patio is amazing. Nighttime chats around the fire pit are incredible. Cozy, comfortable and clean!! Nothing needed but your people to enjoy this place. Extra points for the incredible garage that fit my big lifted truck!! Best house on the Boardwalk for sure! ##### Tracy O. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with high end appliances. The view is perfect whether you’re inside or out on the patio. It’s right on the boardwalk with lots of passersby. Only a half mile away from Belmont Park for dining options. The house was so nice, there’s really no reason to leave and venture out. ##### Claire H.
