Beautifully remodeled, 4-bedroom, 2 full bathroom single-story home, conveniently located near the MLK community park. The living room has vaulted ceilings and wood floors. The kitchen has tile floors, sparkling granite counters, recessed lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast nook/family room has hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. Lots of storage! Bedrooms 2 and 4 have small walk-in closets, the primary bedroom has 2 closets, and the attached garage has lots of built-in storage cabinets. Three bedrooms feature queen beds, while one has a trundle bed with two single mattresses.  
  
A brand new mini putting green was installed in the front yard for your enjoyment. Backyard features a hot tub that fits four - digital waiver required to sign prior to arrival.

\- The front door is equipped with a smart lock. Your unique access code will be included with your check-in instructions and sent 72 hours prior to your stay
