Quiet family friendly home located in a peaceful neighborhood minutes from Lake Miramar, Miramar College, Mira Mesa, the I-15 freeway, and short drive to all San Diego attractions.   
  
This private and spacious home offers a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The cozy living area includes sitting area and a 50" TV for your entertainment.  
  
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, ample closet space, and an attached private bathroom. The en-suite features a shower, sink, and all the essentials you’ll need for your stay.  
  
Second Bedroom: This cozy room includes a queen bed and a closet, providing a restful environment for guests.   
  
Third Bedroom: Ideal for children or extra guests, the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.   
  
Living Room: The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a TV, and plenty of seating. Whether watching a movie or enjoying some quiet time, this space is perfect for unwinding.  
  
Kitchen and Dining: The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and all the necessary cookware to prepare meals. The dining area comfortably seats everyone, making it easy to enjoy family dinners or casual meals.
