Welcome to your coastal escape in Ocean Beach! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home (room for 8) is just 4-5 minutes from the desirable Sunset Cliffs and features ocean views, a relaxing backyard patio, and a private (unheated) pool. Whether you're catching waves, watching the sunset, or enjoying dinner on the patio, this home is perfect for families or groups looking to unwind by the beach. The Space: This bright and airy home offers three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a spacious living area designed for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and lounge areas, making it easy to gather and enjoy meals together. Outside, the private backyard features a small patio with ocean views — ideal for soaking up the California sun The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cookware you’ll need to prepare meals at home. There’s also a dining area with seating for the whole group. Additional features include: Ready to use kitchen with pots, pans, coffee maker, spices, coffee pods, ice machine, wine glasses, mugs, and filtered water dispenser Smart TVs in living room and primary bedroom In-home washer & dryer Driveway parking for 2 vehicles plus street parking Heating and AC in each room (note: no central A/C, but coastal breezes keep it comfortable most of the year) Bonus Pool : Our property does include a fully functional pool that is cleaned regularly and safe for swimming. However, please note that there is some dirt area around the outside of the pool, and there is limited outdoor furniture for lounging at this time.. Getting Around: Ocean Beach is a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and the beach all nearby. For exploring greater San Diego, driving is the easiest option—ride shares like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and you’ll have easy access to the I-8 and I-5 freeways. The airport is about a 12-minute drive away, and most major attractions can be reached in 15–20 minutes.
