The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed separated from built-in bunk beds with a half wall. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). Kitchen and bathroom were recently upgraded--new white cabinets, new stainless appliances, new counter tops and floors. New glass on Juliette balconies. Entire building has been refreshed with paint and lobby upgrades. Included amenities: Reserved parking in gated garage; heated pool and hot tub, rooftop BBQs, and warm showers in garage (priceless for cleaning off sand).
