OCEAN FRONT TWO BEDROOM CONDO FRESHLY UPDATED This 2-bed, 2-bath ocean front condo is a clean and comfortable space for your family vacation. Enjoy ocean views from the open living, kitchen, and dining areas. Located right on the ocean near popular shops and restaurants. This recently remodeled ocean front condo provides clean and spacious accommodations for your family vacation. You have wide open ocean views from the second floor, perfect for watching all the activity on the beach and boardwalk without having people passing directly in front of you. The private balcony is equipped with a propane BBQ grill so you can watch the family play in the waves while preparing meals. The living room is a cozy area with expansive ocean views, flat screen cable TV, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is modern with upgraded stainless appliances, marble counter tops, drip coffee maker, and a blender. There are three seats at the counter so you can easily spend time with friends and family. The primary suite is a peaceful ocean side retreat. Relax in this spacious room with a King bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom has fabulous features and a perfect layout. Enjoy the convenience of a dual sink vanity while getting ready and a luxurious walk-in shower with three shower heads. The soaking tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of playing in the sun. The soft lighting in this area further accents the peaceful blue and gray tile work. The guest bedroom has a Full under a Twin bunk and a pull-out Twin Trundle. For the children's entertainment this room has a TV with cable. The guest bath has also been remodeled with a freshly tiled walk-in shower. SLEEP ACCOMODATIONS: Primary - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Full Bed under Twin Bunk with Twin Trundle Parking Can be difficult in the Mission Beach Area. This condo has designated parking within a shared four car garage. The left side of the garage is available for guests of this unit with dimensions of the designated parking space approximately 6ft 8in High X 8ft Wide X 31ft 3in Deep. This home, like many coastal homes, does not have air conditioning. No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas. This property allows pets and requires a $150 fee per pet. There may be construction taking place at the complex during your stay. We cannot guarantee the timing or scope of the work, so please keep this in mind when booking. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect this. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests and can sleep 6 in beds, assuming two people share the full-size bed. This home is located on the 2nd floor and has stairs to the front door. Some people may not be comfortable with this, so please ensure you are before booking. The living room, bedroom and bathrooms were all good and provided a comfortable stay. I was disappointed that there was no BBQ, as advertised and visible in photos. Also, the curtains in the living room need to be repaired. Some of the curtain panels are missing. Having said that, my wife and I stay in Newport Beach or Mission Beach for one or two weeks a year. I grew up in Long Beach and have to return to the beach to put my toes in the sand at least once a year. This was the nicest place we have stayed and will return. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, on the beach, amusement, shopping at Ralph's or CVS, or driving to other recreational experiences. Check in and out was easy. Having access to beach toys and chairs was awesome. It is a more low key part of the beach, somewhat noisy at night with windows open which we needed to keep cool. While there are some upgrades here, the whole property needs a really deep clean as cupboards, walls, and baseboards, etc are somewhat grimy. ##### Danielle O. The grocery store is an easy 15-minute walk. The condo is sunny and filled with light. The furnishings are attractive and comfortable, but also sturdy (good for kids) the kitchen is very well stocked. We loved the large balcony and the gas fireplace., and appreciated the use of beach chairs and towels. The bathroom could use a door for warmth, but that is minor. ##### Ann D. The location is great as it’s right in between Belmont Park and Pacific Beach. Due to this the beach is not crowded in front of the unit. Only people there are ones staying in that area. Perfect location right on MB Boardwalk. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed in MB. Amazing shower and tub in master bath. Check in was extremely easy with the keyless entries to front door and garage. Very happy we had a garage as parking in that area is not easy. The unit shares a 2-car garage with another unit but the space is deep so you can park two cars behind each other. Only thing I would like to see the property managers address is I don’t feel the floors were cleaned all that well. We don’t wear shoes inside most of the time and the floors were gritty. Don’t know if that is the salt air when you have the patio door open or lack of proper cleaning. Other than that aspect, the rest of the property is quite clean and maintained. Fantastic property and location. Would definitely recommend and come back again. There are a few things that can be improved though. The vertical blinds in the living area need to be replaced with something more durable. Individual slats were constantly falling off when opening/closing. Also, the drain in the master shower plugged up on the last day sending water into the bathroom and master bedroom. This needs to be remedied as its been mentioned before by other renters.
