Perfect spot for our entire family of 17, including kids and grandkids. Loved the location being on the bay with the ocean just across the street. The downstairs great room had plenty of space for our entire crew to hang out together for meals and games. Lots of restaurant choices close by, though we ate most breakfasts and dinners at the house. We enjoyed walks, bike rides, paddle boarding (brought our own), volleyball and football on the sand. We booked 3 of 4 condos for a 14 person family get together and we all fit perfectly. The rooms are great so there was no fighting about who got the "good" room and the downstairs property was perfect as a family gathering space. The condos are well-appointed and stocked for beach-going - chairs, toys, towels, boogie boards, etc. - and the kitchen is as well. My mother was THRILLED with her 80th birthday weekend!
