This home offers assigned parking, Air Conditioning, a shared 8-seater hot tub, and breathtaking western views & sunsets! Situated directly above the famous Sunset Cliffs, this beachy bungalow home is the perfect couple's escape to seaside bliss. Boasting incredible views and generous outdoor space, you and your special someone will enjoy the sounds of waves crashing and amazing sunsets. This bright, one-bedroom cottage features recent updates and picturesque vistas. The kitchen comes well-appointed with a stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave, and oven to make for easy mealtime when you want to eat in. Enjoy meals at the four-seater dining area, or head out to the expansive, shared patio for alfresco dining with exquisite oceanfront views. As the sun sets, toast to the day on the enclosed, private front patio, an intimate area to entertain. Have a group of multiple couples or small families that want to rent next door to each other? Or one large family that needs more space, like a compound? All four Cliffside Retreats are bookable for larger groups. Enjoy the common area all together, have large family dinners al fresco, and relax in the hot tub, enjoying the endless views down the California coast. Contact our team to learn more! THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK: The oceanfront patio area as well as the hot tub is shared with the other three units. Please note, this unit does not have oceanfront views from within the home. The patio is oceanfront with amazing views north, west, and south of the cliffside patio! NO smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS! This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping. One dog (1) is allowed per stay. Pet fees ($150 + tax) are due and the pet must be disclosed. Sorry, no cats allowed. There is a mini split HVAC unit in the living room/kitchen area for your comfort, free of charge. This home has a maximum occupancy of 3 guests at any time and can sleep up to 3 in beds. Please note that security cameras are installed on the property, monitoring the alley parking spaces, the alley view from the back patio, and the shared patio. SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS: Primary - Queen Bed Living room - Sleeper Sofa This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Smaller, dated unit but very clean. Pictures are accurate but some much needed TLC to upgrade furnishings and general maintenance to the rental. Tub was slow draining but the host was responsive.
