I have to say that all the amenities were top notch. I had some of the best sleep in months, the bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent with so many great shops within walking distance. The house was just beautiful, and the outside areas were so well laid out to enjoy the great weather that we had during our stay. I can't recommend a stay here highly enough. It was the perfect answer to my travel needs. As a frequent business traveler, I grow tired of expensive and overpriced hotels and eating out for each meal. Consequently, I engage alternative accommodations that will permit me to take my own meals, and if the stay is long enough, to do laundry (so I don't have to pack a huge suitcase). This apartment was clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within an easy 12-minute drive to downtown. It has all the amenities one needs for a week-long stay including a new high efficiency washer/dryer and an updated modern kitchen. It also has one parking space dedicated to the unit - no need to go hunting for parking on the neighborhood street!I recommend this unit; you will not be disappointed. ##### Daniel
