Off the patio area is the front entry that leads into the main living area and features an open floorplan, ideal for visiting with friends & family. Good common space and kitchen, and private quarters for bedrooms. Fun outdoor spaces including a private patio out front (good for people watching) and a gorgeous roof-top deck hang out area. Close to activities and action, but not directly on a thoroughfare . One block from ocean, which is perfect. Go to sleep with ocean roar in the distance. Although due to all stores being within walking distance, I was able to purchase one. Parking was a stretch with a midsize SUV, although it was possible. I am planning to rent from them again. This house was perfect for us because it was on the boardwalk for my niece to run in the morning and just steps away from the beach for my other niece and nephew to enjoy the ocean. The owner was very responsive and check-in was the easiest I've ever experienced. When they say the garage is tight - they are right! Luckily we found free parking a block away. Since the house did not have AC, they had portable fans we could use if needed. I would totally stay here again! Loved having breakfast/coffee out on the patio and enjoyed the bakery next door. Loved 3 levels with bathrooms. It was very hot and property management brought fans over. Had beach towels, toys, boogie boards and a few beach chairs. Things to improve: 1\. Need two more high back chairs on top deck. We had 5 adults. One had to stand. Vacuum under the couches! Main TV In living room is going out. Only really affected children. We didn’t care. So glad we made that decision! The house was fantastic. 100 steps from the front door to the sand. The beach there is ideal -- smooth sand, no rocks, chest deep even 100 yards out. The house itself was great. Well appointed with everything you'd need in the kitchen. They also provide some beach towels, a few beach chairs and some beach toys. There's no a/c (pretty common along the coast here) which was no problem in terms of temperature b/c you get great ocean breezes, but there is a fair amount of noise early in the morning from trash trucks, delivery trucks to nearby restaurants, etc. so if you're using the downstairs bedroom you might want to keep the windows closed and use one of the fans. Communication with the host company was great. One maintenance request was dealt with promptly (stuck sink stopper). You can walk to everything and there are a ton of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Belmont Park takes about 15 minutes. We parked when we got there and never used the car again! ##### James C. Great bedroom spaces and plenty for t bathrooms. Staff was helpful with any questions. Will definitely book this house again next year! Love to of windows for great ventilation . Location was as expected being close to the beach. I wish it was more clear that there was no air conditioning as the temperature inside was generally around 78 with all the windows open and fans on. The WiFi needs boosted to reach the main living area of the house. Our TV was having issues but on our last full day the TV was replaced.
