Located in an exclusive residential complex with communal gym, lift and private parking. This property is perfect for a unique holiday in Tenerife. This beautiful apartment is ideal for families, couples, friends and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people and Wifi Internet, ideal for teleworking. It has a cosy bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, a complete bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen open to the spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa, a folding bed and a 30" Smart TV. The main feature of this room is the beautiful outdoor terrace, where you can have lunch and relax while contemplating the fantastic panoramic views of the sea and the Teide. In addition, the exclusive and quiet residential complex in which it is located has a lift, private parking, children's playground, gym and communal barbecue (prior reservation required). Located in one of the most charming villages of the island, with the beach and the natural swimming pool of Bajamar close to the house where you can enjoy a unique stay. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juicer, Italian coffee machine, blender, washing machine, iron, bed linen and shower towels, and much more.
