The outdoor patios are big and location is great - you can see the ocean from the front patio. San Clemente is a really cute town - and the path along the ocean is great for walking/running. Simple walk to the beach for my wife and three kids (5,7,9). The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a grocery store and many restaurants nearby. If want to enjoy a chill time at a beautiful beach that’s never crowded and don’t mind a few stairs then this place will be perfect. About 5 minutes walk to the beach from the house. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It was very clean upon arrival, the beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the patio. This property is older and some items definitely need replacement as some of the beach chairs are torn and broken, but over all it was a very nice stay for us. The only thing to be aware of is that this is located in a residential area where the houses are very close to each other and it can get a bit noisy at times. It was lovely to have access to the beach but seniors should be aware that the access to the beach is a very steep path. San Clemente is such a nice area and close to Camp Pendleton. This is really close to the beach and the pier but be ready for a huge hill down to the beach. Loved the size of the house and all the aminities. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Very nicely stocked kitchen. Hope to be able to come stay again when the weather is a little warmer.
