The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in San Clemente's temperate climate. Like many homes in the area, there is no air conditioning. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed inside or outside This home utilizes decibel-level monitors This is a three-level home with stairs, and there are 75 steps to the beach from this home, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival. The spa is serviced every Friday between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. The technician will be accessing the front deck. This condo is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02160171. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We were very impressed! Beautiful unit, very comfortable beds, great view from the balcony and literally less than a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. We slept with the windows open and could hear the waves from the ocean. Having a private hot tub on the deck was amazing! Day or night we could sit out in the hot tub and enjoy the coastal breeze and an unobstructed sunrise/sunset view. The unit was well appointed with Kitchen Appliances and utensils, the cabinets were full of clean towels, both bath and pool towels. Body and hair products in both showers and ceiling fans in every room made the lack of AC less of an issue than we expected. Worst part is we had ants EVERYWHERE and when I told vacasa they told the property manager and I was told they would come spray, we were there for a week and NO ONE showed up so we lived with ants for a whole week. Linens have stains, dishes in drawers aren’t clean well. When you are paying 600/night you expect better quality and service. Really disappointed! Our TV broke and we did get a new one the next day. No attempt to remedy the situation of dealing with ants for a week is the biggest disappointed, either fix the issue or make up for it! Sep 18, 2024 #### Great getaway This place is great, we loved the updated interior. As well as the location, and view from the balcony. The only drawback is the washer and dryer are in the garage, which is down some stairs and in the back parking area. But with the house being smaller not sure where else you would put them. We enjoyed our time and would stay again. Vacasa is a great property manangment team. ##### Rob C.
