I was disappointed with the parking situation. The neighbors chose to use our parking spot at one point. They had guests over that blocked our rental car another time. Itā€™s clean and has everything you need for your family trip. The location is nice to walk to downtown San Clemente. Itā€™s a hike to the beach but not bad at all. The people in the upstairs unit appear to live there full time. They are loud and walk heavy (and kids run) which makes it noisy during the day.
