Highly upgraded, you'll feel like you're in a 5-star resort. Spacious Living Room with Flat Screen TV (cable channels included!), Fireplace and comfortable sofa offers great place to relax after a busy day, enjoy the views. Sit on the balcony while reading your favorite book, drinking a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The views of the pier, beach and coastline are amazing! The Master Suite features a King-Size bed, lots of closet space, and ensuite Bath plus TV. Luxury linens and plush towels add to your comfort. Additionally, there is a free trolly that stops right outside the gate of the complex. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen has all the cooking supplies you will need if you feel like cooking. Hot tub + heated pool if you don't feel like going to the beach. There were a few things that could use some attention like the toilet in one bathroom that wobbles and the ice maker did not work. One thing I wish there was when we arrived was some information of the immediate area grocery store, shops, restaurants where garbage/recycling goes and how to prepare for move out. Daughters loved tanning at the pool/beach and exploring on their own. The tv in the main room has cable but no streaming services, so bring a TV stick if streaming is important. There are definitely a few things that could be upgraded, the blinds are stuck/broken, some of the utensils like the can opener doesn’t work. The hand faucet in the master bathroom is ready to fall out. The pull out bed is not at all comfortable. The tiles on the outside tables are broken, there wasn’t a key to the front door, only the gate. BUT the view outweighed all of that!
