I recommend The Linda Lane Beach access point, just a leisurely 8-minute walk around the corner to the sand and trail, and it places you just 2 minutes from the pier and to our iconic Fisherman’s Restaurant. From there, continue walking on the beach or beach trail, which continues south – round trip is approx. 4 miles. NOTE: The access point in front of our property is currently inaccessible at the bottom, as the city is upgrading that location. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped, the bed was super comfortable and the living space was a great for unwinding after a tiring day. The location near the beach made walking into the main shopping area easy and enjoyable. I only wish I had more time to relax and enjoy San Clemente as we were in town for a tournament and had very long full days. Next time! ##### Allison S. From the time we checked in till we left. Very easy to communicate with them. Their VROB is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Less than 2 mins to the beach access. The bed SO comfortable and the pillows yummy. No A/C. No problem. We left the window open all day long and the front door. Beautiful cool ocean breeze all day long. Quite neighborhood. And a blessing in disguise. We know there was a place to house our rental car, though we didn't realize it was a single car gargage!!! We were so blessed. It helped hold all of the decor for our daughters wedding etc. Less than 7 min walk off the beach to local eats. Hardly used our car at all. My husband were there for 8 days. Our daughter was getting married only 10 mins away. So convent to her venue and rehearsal dinner etc. Just pure bliss the entry stay. I will defiantly return again. ##### Deirdre M. When its spoken of a need for some good r&r, this property and town speaks just that! Lots of comfort, cozy and quietness one gains in this condo and town. Beach access is a workout and challenge,but joyful. Not a wild beach,but very nice and not always packed with people. Cheryl is such a nice attentive person, returned every text message timely and the place wws squeaky clean and overly stocked. No real downfalls here other than the slight noise of upstairs neighbors walking around, but it wasnt too bad. Would very juch kive to stay here again. ##### Luis S. Great especially if you like walks along the beach. Access is across the street. The condo is very clean and well decorated. The owners are very kind and mindful of your privacy. Building kept up well and all units remodeled beautifully! The biggest thing we noticed was everything but food was furnished! We've never stayed in a place so well furnished with everything we needed and make sure our stay was effortless. Had a light out in the refrigerator and it was replaced immediately. The unit we stayed in didn't have a good view but the condo was so nice we didn't care! The only reason I gave the neighborhood/ location a 4 out of 5 is because everything was so jamb packed! One thing that was also great was each unit has a garage so we didn't have to look for a place to park on the street. Beach access was right across the street and not crowded. We had a great stay and the owners of the property are great people! We WILL stay there again someday! Thank you Sheryl and Doug! You have an awesome place! ##### BRIAN B.
