This newly renovated and furnished 3-level, 1,600-square-foot condo has all the charm you could want while vacationing in the seaside community of San Clemente. It is also just .3 miles from Calafia State Beach and San Clemente State Park. This home is also only 2 miles from Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente with its wide array of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shopping for you to enjoy as you breathe in the seaside air and ambiance. For a cultural and botanical experience, a short two-and-a-half-mile drive takes you to Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens. And if the kids have come along for the ride, be sure to make the 38-mile journey to Disneyland. This home has a spacious enclosed patio area where you can sip your morning coffee as the sun rises or eat your dinner as the sun sets. It has seating for guests to dine alfresco and a barbecue. Enter to find a bright and spacious open floor plan showcasing a great room with a living room with a large TV, a gas fireplace, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, cluster seating, slider access to the spacious outside patio, and a peek ocean view. The updated gourmet kitchen, with a large center island, has all you need to cook fabulous meals, and you can watch your favorite Netflix show on the TV in the living room while the gas fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable. The king's primary bedroom also has sliding glass doors to the balcony. Its ensuite bath has a new vanity and a large walk-in shower. There is also one king and queen bedroom on this floor, each with its TV. They share a full hallway bath. This home utilizes decibel-level monitors This is a 3-level home with stairs and there are 75 stair steps to the beach from this home, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. Reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival. This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02160171. We initially had some trouble with the door lock due to poor instructions, but the local manager came to assist within 15 minutes and I'm sure they've updated how to lock/unlock by now. Stairs to the second floor were a little narrow and shower in the main bathroom was slow to drain. It was nice having garage parking since street parking was at a premium. I would stay there again if I needed a three bedroom place. ##### Virginia P.
