This is a nice hotel for the price. Great location. And clean. However, if you have a car I would suggest a hotel with on-site parking. The nearby parking station and street parking is a bit of an inconvenience.

Overall car stay was very good. The first night that we got there we were assigned an extremely small room. We were not expecting much but it was much less than we had hoped. We asked to have the room changed the next day and the staff were very accommodating. Once we acclimatized ourselves to the room, we were comfortable. The twin beds were very basic but comfortable. The staff were always very accommodating and pleasant. The only downside was that I go watch bit by bed bugs in the first room. That did not happen in the next room and all of the bedding was always very clean. For a low budget hotel, it was good. The location was terrific.

Great location but uncomfortable
This hotel has a great location. Not fancy. Beds are hard and pillows are too soft and not firm enough. The hotel room was freezing, even though we had three covers we were unable to maintain the heat inside since there was not thermostat. I enquired in front desk and they said that heat goes full swing from 11pm-7am. No decoration. You have to turn in your key every day when you go outside, there is safe lock in the room

Great bargain (despite unfriendly staff & no WiFi)
Probably the best deal in Bariloche despite the issues I have with the place. The room is modern, big, clean comfortable; and the location couldn't be better. Basically, all you could ever hope for except for the fact that the WiFi is practically non-existent, there are no English news channels on TV, and the staff are some of the coldest people you will ever meet. They really need to learn about hospitality.

Nice affordable standard hotel room
Great location in Bariloche near center or town, walking distance to just about everything. The room was good, standard with private bathroom, not very big but all good.

I asked the staff for a "plate" and the answer was " Im not authorized, i might get in trouble if i give you one". Not the best way to treat a guest. The girls in the morning shift werent very kind either

Fair for the price, nice location!
The hotel it is located in Downtown Bariloche, a walking distance to every thing you need, bus station, restaurants, shopping, travel agencies, Nahuel Napi Lake, Chocolatiers.

Nice mid-range hotel
I spent 5 nights at Hotel Premier during my Bariloche visit. It's a nice average sort of hotel. Breakfast was typical Argentinian, ok if nothing special. Lots of restaurants and chocolate stores close by. Convenient to local transportation.

Great location, but... Tiny room with no air conditioner, we had to open the window to get some air and it was so noisy outside we couldn't sleep! (the hotel is located in front of a youth hotel) In addition the bed was very uncomfortable and gave us backache! There was no hair dryer in the room. The ''breakfast buffet'' was missing basic things such as cheese and plates.. Please add some more money and go to a decent hotel..

A hotel just to sleep
The hotel is in the town centre and close to the shopping area but that's about it. The room is very austere with no place to almost anything. the bathroom is really small. The breakfast is not good

Overall, it's a basic hostel where you can get what you pay. The thing is thr internet connection was too poor to do any simple stuff. It annoyed us. Sunset in the common area is great. Breakfast is basic. Distance between here and the downtown was not bad, a little bit of walk but easy. Staffs were helpful in terms of getting the tours arranged. No extra charges but the prices of tours are already expensive. One issue was that luggage room were not really taken care of well. We put our small backpacks and came back later. Couldnt find our bags and the room was full of massive carriers and backpacks. We had to dig in and found our bags under the heavy bags. Ah the key of the luggage room is also handed in people, not managed by the staff. I felt it wasn't that safe.

Simple and basic hotel. At the heart of Bariloche
Very simple hotel. Good breakfast. Fast wifi. Small room and bathroom but big TV. Bed is a little bit hard. Located at the heart of center. One major issue while staying here.... Super noisy cuz our room was on the street side. There are night club and bowling place, and ppl were always yelling, screaming and chanting on thr street almost every night. I don't know if it is same in the rooms on the other side. However, if anyone is planning to stay in this hotel, ask for the room which is not on the street side.

Confortable and excellent location
Good hotel and excellent location for city wall and tour pick up. Rooms was very clean and the personnel was excellent. The bathroom is regular and very small. But if you are looking an hotel just for sleep and continue your trip at reasonable cost, this is a good option. The breakfast is Continental, so just bread and cereals.

Noisy!
The room was small - as expected. It was warm weather, but there was no cooling device, either fan or air-conditioning, so having the window open was the only option. However, the combination of a busy street and Bariloche's cars and motorbikes having scant regard for working silencers/mufflers on their vehicles made to experience tedious during the day and almost impossible for sleeping. Effective earplugs are strongly recommended! The breakfast selection - bread, cakes, preserves, cheese and fruit, plus coffee and hot water for tea - was adequate.

Right in the heart of Bariloche, helpful staff, who had access to a great simultaneous translation program, which resolved a misunderstanding with our taxi driver.

Close to town centre
Ideally close to centre of Bariloche & to office of Turisur with whom we were travelling on Cruce Andino to Puerto Varas. Room very clean, bathroom tiny but adequate. Good continental breakfast included & quite satisfied for the price. Staff quite helpful and pleasant.

good location in centre of town
Very clean, bathroom was on the small side but ok for one person. Short walk to anywhere in the centre of town. Staff spoke limited English but helped as much as they could. Breakfast was a very good continental. The noise at night can be loud but found if you closed the window and blinds it blocked most of the sound. There is no AC but found if you opened the window it kept the room cool.

Clean hotel
We consider a clean hotel a must which the Premier was, the rooms are small but adequate we were given a room that had access from a patio we arrived back on our first day to find the maid had left our window open nothing was taken but we had a fright,when we asked to be moved because of this incident we were told they were full and as we had booked five nights we weren't happy to stay in this room at all, eventually after practually begging two days later we were moved, the attitude by a female receptionist was appalling everything was too much like hard work my husband and I are very easy going people we don't make a habit of complaining, we won't be going back to this hotel

We only stayed here one night, but we're very satisfied with the hotel. It was a very good deal, so we weren't expecting much, but the room was great. It was small, but clean and modern. We were right over the street, but didn't hear any noise. We would definitely stay here again!

New hotel. Looks like a remodeled apartment or store. Great location; restaurants, bars, and more importantly chocolate stores are all nearby. There is a tourism agency right across the street, through which you can book tours through patagonia. Staff were courteous. Room was clean, and beds comfortable. There was a stain on my bed sheet, and bed sheets were not changed daily. Bathroom and shower were clean and good size; no shampoo was provided, and soap provided was terrible. Unreliable wifi connection. Overall good place to stay at for sleep + bath/shower when exploring Bariloche.

It's possible that the hotel read some of the previous reviews about being dirty. This place was completely clean! Yes some of the water splashed out from the shower, but 4 of us showered there and a small towel on the floor took up the bit of water that splashed out. No bad smells at all. Friendly staff, held our bags when we went trekking for 2 days. Highly recommend!

great quality in great location
we were going to san carlos de bariloche in patagonia last month and this hotel fulfill our expectations.the rooms are very clean, the bathroom is nice,and the staff were very friendly and professional. it is also located in the heart of bariloche accross the main boulevard. i would highly recommend it. the only thing i would complain about is the lack of wireless internet.
