The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. #### Relativ neues oder neu renoviertes Haus an der Strandpromenade

Pros: Das Haus liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die großzügige Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen und direkten Blick auf das Meer. Das war wirklich wundervoll. Das Haus verfügt ua. über Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und verfügt über einen sehr großen Spiegel. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem, und es gab eine Auswahl an Kissen. Weiterhin ist die Ortsmitte von Playa Honda in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Dort befinden sich Cafés, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt "Eurospar". Etwas weiter davon entfernt gibt es Mercadona, Lidl und Aldi. Sehr empfehlenswert sind die Restaurants Patagonia und Goliath, beide liegen auch an der Strandpromenade. Playa Honda liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, insoweit ist mit Fluglärm zu rechnen, hat uns allerdings nicht beeinträchtigt. Der Ort ist sehr gut gelegen, um mit Leihwagen oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Umgebung zu erkunden. Cons: Leider verlief die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber nicht gut. Auf Nachfragen meinerseits, wann die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgen könne, erfolgte keine Reaktion, so dass ich die Buchungsplattform eingeschaltet habe. Erst dann kam eine Reaktion. Im Haus war das W-lan sehr langsam, auf der Terrasse funktionierte es nur sporadisch. Spartanische Küchenausstattung: Wir haben zu zweit das Haus bewohnt. Es gab für 4 Personen "abgezähltes" Geschirr, einen Topf und eine Pfanne. Eigentlich hätte die Spülmaschine täglich laufen müssen. Die in der Beschreibung aufgeführten Pflegeartikel gab es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr sehr hellhörig (Haus ist nicht freistehend).

#### Tolle Lage direkt an der Avenida und am Strand

Pros: Terrasse, große Schlafzimmer, schöne Küche und tolles Bad und super Blick auf das Meer. Restaurants in der Nähe und trotz zentraler Lage ist es ruhig. Gute Base für Ausflüge über die Insel.
