Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 2 m, depth 65 - 65 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Las Crucitas" 19 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 42 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
