A second bathroom with shower and a second bedroom complete the upper floor, providing space and comfort for all guests. Air conditioning is present on both floors for maximum relaxation. Outdoor Area: \- Private Garden: Perfect for outdoor dining thanks to the warm climate all year round. \- Pool Area of the Complex: A beautiful area where you can sunbathe and relax.
