I had to retrieve my booking and show I had booked from the 8th of sept to the 15th. I was very disappointed as this now meant the apartment was not ready until after 9pm that night, after a long days travel this delay was not welcome. When we checked in eventually there was no toilet paper and we had to wait until the next morning to get some.
