The staff were outstanding and the property is very well maintained, with beautiful gardens throughout. There were plenty of sunbeds, a well-equipped gym, and the jacuzzi was the icing on the cake for us. A special mention to Ana at front of house—she was incredibly kind and upgraded us to a lovely suite, which made our stay even more memorable. We booked half board and were very impressed with the dinners: plenty of choice, fresh food, and excellent value for money. The hotel is slightly away from the beach and town centre; however, the location is quiet and perfect for winding down. Taxis are inexpensive (€5–7) and make getting around very easy. They anticipated our needs, offered helpful recommendations, and handled every request with a smile and incredible professionalism. It's rare to find such a consistently high standard across an entire team, and it truly made our experience so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Beyond the phenomenal service, the hotel itself is a fantastic choice for a getaway. The facilities are top-notch, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall ambiance is one of tranquility and luxury. It means those who visit in the last hour of the allocated dining time find there isn’t much left, because earlier diners have eaten it all. When finding ourselves in this situation and asking for replenishments, we were advised by the waiting staff that they have “run out” and there was “no more”. This response was given for even staple food items, which clearly would be available again the following day (granola, milk, butter, ham). When we complained to reception, the items which had run out were miraculously restocked and provided to us. We’re all for avoiding food waste, but those choosing to dine later shouldn’t be disadvantaged. We all pay the same dining fee after all. I also thought that the hotel would be nearer to the beach than it actually was. We didn't like that the shower didn't have a proper door that closed as it wet the whole floor which was minuscule and a flimsy towel on the floor just made it worse and even slightly unhygienic as it became soaking wet almost immediately.
