The kitchen on this floor is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a bath/shower and a hip bath. Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, you'll find another living room with digital TV and a flat-screen, as well as an exit to the loggia.
