On the ground floor of the Duplex Playa de Las Burras MRA02 there is a large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and basic kitchen utensils. A second bathroom with shower and the living room with direct access to the garden terrace. This two-storey house is charming, perfect for families looking for tranquillity on the beach without giving up the comfort of having all the amenities and facilities such as shops and restaurant. Just a few steps away from the Duplex in Playa de Las Burras MRA02 is the beautiful seaside promenade that leads to the best beaches in the southern area; Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas, just a short walk away. One of our best properties in VillaGranCanaria, preferred by those who love golden sand beaches and comfort. Services included in Duplex Playa de Las Burras MRA02 The services included in the price are: Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm. A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
