Extremely clean room, very scenic, quiet, excellent location in my opinion, although it is north in part of Albuquerque. Absolutely gorgeous. There is a spa at this location. There’s golf course there is walking sidewalks extremely beautiful.!! finally come the staff very helpful, very nice.

Hotel Chaco itself was outstanding—beautiful design, excellent service, and a truly memorable stay. The only disappointment was our dining experience at LVL 5. We had a 9:45 PM reservation, but upon being seated were told the kitchen would close at 10:00 PM. The rushed pacing was evident, as we were asked to decide on desserts almost immediately after placing our entrée order. The pricing also felt inflated, with entrées about $10–15 higher than expected for the quality. While the terrace views are fantastic and worth a visit, we wouldn’t recommend LVL 5 for dining.

Everyone in staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great and the location to old town was the best. My only complaint the whole stay was with the parking. Definitely not parking friendly. I had to park across the street and walk across what seemed to be a main thoroughfare. Very dangerous since my health doesn’t allow me the ability to move too fast. For a hotel of that size a parking deck would be nice, or at least cut down the size of the gated/private parking. There was very many available spots I never saw taken but began a locked gate. But I did enjoy the stay.

Beautiful hotel with a great pool and fitness center. Really comfy beds.
