### WeWelcome You to SA Serenity, near Sea World.

WeWelcome you to our completely renovated 1966 oasis hidden in a mature residential neighborhood. Our home has been completely remodeled and updated. We are located in a quiet North San Antonio suburb making us close to everything San Antonio. Our home is minutes away from major attractions such as Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The San Antonio Zoo and also The Alamo. For our sports and music fans we are only 20 minutes from the AT&T Center.  
  
Our single story home is approximately 1800 Sq. ft. feature five bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also have a fully stocked kitchen, nice size backyard and a cover back patio. Our home sleeps up to 14 guests and is the perfect relaxing location for families visiting San Antonio on vacation or business travelers looking for a home base to work out from. Our home offers hi speed internet via Wi-Fi. We also offer Sing TV and provide access to additional services such as Netflix and Hulu (must have own login and password for additional services).  
  
Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.  
  
Our home offers driveway and street parking. There is no garage for this home.  
  
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in San Antonio.  
  
The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of San Antonio, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.  
  
Being that we are in the suburban part of San Antonio a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.  
  
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.  
  
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.  
  
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.  
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.  
  
No Shoes in the house.  
  
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.  
  
No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.  
  
Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!  
  
Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!  
  
ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.  
  
We do not offer late checkouts.  
  
No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.

Listing description is not altogether accurate. It was clean, AC worked just fine, good water pressure in the showers, and good laundry facilities. One of the bathrooms is dedicated to one of the bedrooms, so it has limited accessibility. The property needs work. The lights over the dining area flickered when the front door opens or closes. The living ceiling fan is missing the light bulb the shade. We found roaches in the main bathroom, although I was told it is normal in TX. The sliding door leading to the enclosed porch and yard is stuck. We were not able to use the porch or yard. Our group was 6 adults. It worked for the 3 nights of our stay.

This is a nice little house with plenty of space for sleeping. If you plan to see the sights and mostly just need a place to chill at night, it’s an excellent choice for you! Five bedrooms, but only one open-plan living space inside. It was perfect for our needs and I would recommend it to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The house was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

#### San Antonio stay to visit dad for milestone birthday - 90 years young!

There were many great things about this property which we picked for its proximity to Castle Hills. Very spacious home, comfortable beds, great water pressure and temp, and great A/C. We also loved the adjustable ceiling fans that provide an awesome cooling breeze! Bonnie was also very easy to communicate with and provided immediate attention when we needed to inform that basic supplies (such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, coffee, and pillowcases) were not available. She provided these virtually immediately as well as replacing some burned out light bulbs. The cleaning crew needs improvement. Generally, the interior was clean, but windows, windowsills, shower curtain, top of fridge, and highest open shelves in kitchen were filthy (we are a tall family and these things were within our view). We were also very sorry to see the sun porch was really unattractive with broken screens, lots of dead bugs inside, and a view of a very unkempt yard. Although we looked forward to having morning coffee on the sun porch, we found it to be unusable. The interior door handle was also broken and hanging off the slider. We enjoyed the kitchen very much with lots of seating around the large island and dining table. Nice roomy fridge, serviceable stove, and bonus garbage disposal. San Antonio attractions and airport only minutes away!!!

House looks worse from outside than inside. Inside was pretty spacious with more than enough beds. Couch was not clean at all. Code to get in didn’t work after 4 different codes were used by had access to a key. The only real thing that bothered me was why we had to clean up and a cleaning fee was charged.

While we rate this stay with 5 stars, and had everything we needed and then some, here is some feedback that would be even better if: Couldn’t get keypad on door to work and used key each time. Not a big deal, but the convenience of the keypad was nice. Better toilet paper! Convenient for us!!! Thanks again!

#### Plenty of room for a large family!

We took a quick trip down to SA over spring break with 5 of our kids ages 7-18, and they loved that they had plenty of room to spread out. It was clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of towels available, shampoo and conditioner in case you forgot your own, and the double washer and dryer’s came in handy. We enjoyed our stay, the kids can’t wait to visit again!
