We did have one issue, but Matt was quick to respond and resolved the situation immediately. Matt has really put a lot of thought into this place from excellent kitchen appliances/pots/dishware, to bathroom essentials that you might have forgotten. Beds were very comfortable along with plenty of seating options in both living room and dining room. The back patio area was very enjoyable at night. Although we did not use it there is a grill with all of the grilling essentials with a very nice outdoor patio area. Matt was a great host, too. We were super impressed with how beautiful the home was. Everything we needed was available. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the refrigerator had 2 types of ice, which was an added bonus. There were even board games in the living room. The area was right in the heart of the southside of town, and there were so many great places to eat just a stones throw away. We visited the zoo, downtown, Boeing Tech Port, and the missions (all a short drive away). The neighborhood was quite and the neighbors were nice. ##### mari p.
