The road traffic, trains, barking dogs and the noise from upstairs.We weren't happy when we found out we had people above us but we were told that it would only be for the first week so we said ok.There ended up being someone there the whole time we were there. The renters themselves were ok but they had way different hours then us so there were a few mornings when we were woken up by the walking around upstairs at 6.30 in the morning. The living room has a nice couch and chair, so there is plenty of seating. There are separate AC units for the living room, one bedroom and kitchen area, but not the second bedroom. The beds were not the most comfortable, but everything else was well maintained, clean and functioned perfectly. Communication with the host was very easy and they were super responsive. The parking is the only other downside as the lot is quite narrow, but the other renters were super accommodating and nice.
