A one-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the 2nd floor of a house (accessible only by stairs). It’s in a fenced and gated property with a private and secured driveway and private entrance.

The apartment includes: a queen size bed, a bathroom, full kitchen, TVs, and balconies, off- street parking is with a gate and a lock. Guests will also have a private entrance to the apartment.

We’re in Roosevelt Park neighborhood. We’re within walking distance to the river walk extension, Freetail Brewing Company, Roosevelt Park that had facilities such as public swimming pool (open only in summer time), basketball courts, barbecue pits, club house, etc.

We’re downtown living. Expect some noise from traffic, train, early morning joggers, and neighborhood dogs. We provide EARPLUGS and SLEEP MASKS for our light sleeper guests.
