Our Modern Labor St. home is a two-story home with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms while our Modern Lavaca Street home is two stories with 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with an open-air roof top deck with direct views of the Tower of the Americas. These homes are both located in the historic Lavaca neighborhood approximately 0.2 miles apart (under 5 minutes walk).

The main house is two stories with a bedroom on the first floor with easy access to the half bath and three bedrooms on the second floor - each with a full en suite bathroom. Studio above the garage adds a fifth bedroom with full en suite bathroom. Studio is accessible by outside staircase or directly from the second floor of the main home via covered walkway. Enjoy views of the Alamodome or the Tower of the Americas from almost every room in the home.



Garage access - One car garage and parking space for one car in driveway. Additional parking on street if needed with guest permit.



- First Floor

Study - first room to the right as you enter the home has two luxury Posh+Lavish Oeko-Tex Certified Twin XL beds and Room darkening shades. This room does not have a closet but does have a dresser which provides ample drawer space. Enjoy a 50” Samsung 4K UHD TV - Internet enabled so you can log in to your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime accounts. This room is off of the main Living, Dining, and Kitchen area. Guests will utilize the half bath adjacent to the Kitchen but will need to share a full bath with another guest on the second floor.
