Each one have their own private door to access, (They dont share any common areas besides the parking) Guests will be staying a loft with a bunk bed with 2 full-size memory foam mattresses with fresh linen and access to typical living accessories (i.e. hairdryer, iron). \*This listing is a loft with two beds and a private bathroom\* Wifi (300 Mbps) is perfect for the home office. 55” TV with Amazon Fire Tv included ( is in the living room) All appliances (including microwave, blender, washer, dryer, and fridge) in the kitchen are usable by guests, and if you need help, feel free to ask. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself. 🔸No shoes in the house (Flip flops or slippers are welcome ☺️) 🔸Late checkouts will incur a fee of $50 🔸Any smoking odor or smell left inside the property will bring a $100 fee for the extra cleaning needed. 🔸No pets (No animals due to allergies) 🔸No parties 🔸If the TV control remote gets lost, the replacement will have a $50 cost 🔸No unregistered guests. Small but spacious too, with the basics you need for a short stay. The neighboorhood is quiet and the house is located in a small circle that felt extra safe. Leo was very easy to communicate with and left some snacks and water, which was a welcoming touch (and livesaving after I returned from a concert starving).One small thing is the wifi is insanely slow. It wouldn't easily connect to the internet, and when it did, the connection was slow, which kind of renders the TV useless. Not a huge deal for me, but worth mentioning.Overall, a great little place to stay close to Frost Bank Center. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. ##### Lisa P.
