We use a web-based system called Happy Guest to complete our special, local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and your choice between a $39 damage waiver (for stays up to 10 nights + $2 for each additional night) or a $1000 security hold (which is not a security deposit). Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
