We figured out how to power it on and we waited an hr or so see the temperature, my husband dipped his finger tips in the water and it shocked him. We immediately turned it off. The host didn’t reply to us till the next day. Telling us she would have a contractor come look at it. But we told her we weren’t gonna use it so it was fine. We also realized the first night none of the windows locked .
