Stylish Townhome w Shared Pool Access in Gated Complex - STR Permit 22-13500336

This stylish 1,400 square foot townhome has 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms to accommodate 6 adults comfortably (8 max). The home is single-story, so the entire living area is on the ground floor.

The home is centrally located near the medical center (less than 5 minutes), Six Flags Fiesta Texas (10 minutes), Sea World (15 minutes), the Riverwalk/Alamo/downtown (15 minutes), the airport (10 minutes), Lackland Air-force Base (15 minutes).

The master bedroom features a king size bed, a walk in closet and a master bathroom with a huge walk-in shower with an Italian tiled motif.

Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 includes two full beds and a walk in closet. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub.

There are 4 TVs in the home - one in each of the three bedrooms and one in the living room

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It includes pots, pans, and the necessary dishes and silverware to prepare and serve a deliciously home cooked meal. Small appliances include a drip system coffee maker, blender, a mixer, and a 4-slice toaster.

The formal dining room includes a great dramatic table that seats 8 people that you will love, while the breakfast room has a convenient casual table for 4 that is next to the family room so that you can grab a quick bite to eat without missing your favorite TV program or use it for a fun evening of board games.

The family room has a very comfortable sofa and love seat, a 55 inch LED Smart TV that you can use to watch your own Netflix or other streaming account (no cable). All bedrooms have their own smart TVs also for streaming (no cable)

The townhome is wired with high speed WiFi internet. It includes a small business center area with a desk and wireless printer/scanner for those of you who need to work during your visit.

The private patio includes a gas bbq grill, a patio table with an umbrella and seating for 6 people. The patio is completely fenced-in so you can feel comfortable letting your children or pets play in the back patio. Please pickup and dispose of your pets poop before you check-out.

When you exit the back patio into the common area of the complex, you will find a nice green belt with a walking path that goes around the gated complex. If you walk your pet in the common area of the complex, it must be on a leash at all times.

The pool is located a few steps away from the house in the middle of the complex. The pool is currently OPEN. The pool season opens mid-May and goes through mid-September. As with any pool, unforeseen issues sometimes arise which requires the HOA to close it temporarily for maintenance. It does not happen often, but when this happens, it is beyond my control, so I am unable to offer any guarantees.

We are pet friendly. There is a $50 pet fee.

The supermarket, Wal-Mart, movie theaters, and an array of restaurants are less than 2 miles away.

I really enjoy staying at my townhome. I am sure you will enjoy your stay too!

We were meeting family in San Antonio for a couple day getaway. We needed somewhere for us to all stay and this was the perfect spot. It was so clean, had plenty of space and just overall made our visit so enjoyable.

Excellent Getaway!

My husband and our 2 kids stayed here for my daughter’s 16th bday to hang out at the riverwalk and Fiesta Texas. The location is perfect! About 10-15 mins to each place and being in a gated community made us feel safe. The host was quick with responses and the property was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Chris was great to work with, he was very prompt to respond to any questions we had. The property is clean, and the location was great for all my family, and I had planned to do around San Antonio. They are currently renovating the pool area, and it should be very nice when completed. My only complaint would be that the road and parking lot could use some work as it is rather rough. It appears that they are getting ready to address this in the near future. Thanks, Chris, for a great stay. We would definetly stay with you next time we are in the area.

San Antonio Stay

We had a good time staying in San Antonio. The neighborhood is gated, which gave us a sense of security. The rooms are nice and large and we drank our coffee on the back porch each morning. It was an easy, short walk to the pool. The house has easy access to main roads. Nice stay.

Absolutely amazing

The property is exactly as described. It is very close to military bases and amusement parks, as well as other points of interests such as the River Walk, Bass Pro Shops, UTSA, and the downtown area. Several major highways allow you to travel to surrounding area as well as Austin. The property also has an immaculate pool on site that would be clutch during summer months. It was December time frame when we visited. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The house was nice and bedrooms were comfortable. The only negatives I can provide was the parking lot to get to the condo. The house itself was nice with a tv in each bedroom. That was a lifesaver with teenagers. I never had to contact the owner of the property.

This place a good location, comfortable , ceiling fans in bedrooms, kitchen had a lot if ‘extras’ in case you forgot anything. Great walk in shower in Master bedroom too! Only items needing attention is ceiling fan in living room would not turn on but A/C works well and it wasn't hot , just always good for extra breeze:) i did wish the back patio had a blind or shades that would cover it. It is a gated back patio area but still would have liked to be covered esp at night. Overall, it was good accommodations for for weekend!
