Overall this is a good place to stay. The room was clean but the hallways are a little banged up. The elevator was not very clean. There was a bird living in or near bathroom fan. The USB outlets were not working. The breakfast was fine. The neighborhood not the best. It was an easy drive to river walk. For the price a good deal. Would stay again.

Nice property for the value but limited options for food in the immediate area and a housing project next door. I didn’t feel safe walking around the neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff.

Low income housing right beside but not a problem. Property was clean and had free breakfast. Room was pretty good. Short uber ride to downtown river walk area. Quick to get out of the city. Better than expected.
