Failure to abide by this may result in termination of your stay. 5\. We love pets and they are authorized, however please clean up after them on the interior and exterior of the property. No pets on the bedding/ furniture. Pet hair/urine/feces on furniture/ bedding will result in fine of $75\. Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee. 6\. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet. 7\. If any item in the unit appears to be damaged, you must report it within 5 hours of check in. Please do not try to fix it yourself 8\. Make up face towels & removal wipes are provided. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. If towels are missing or stained, you may be charged to replace them. 9\. Check-out is at 11:00AM. Late check out will result to $50 per hour. Early check-in may be arranged for $35 per hour, depending on availability. 10\. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home and please pick up pet waste in the yard. We needed a place convenient to the funeral home, church, and cemetery. We also needed sufficient space for gathering in between and after events. The house was perfectly situated in Northeast San Antonio. The open floor plan was very conducive to hosting family and friends that wanted to express their condolences. The house is easy to find and very convenient to major roads and highways for anyone that wants to explore the city. ##### Charles B. Sent cleaning person to mop floors. Provided new towels and washcloths to replace missing/torn/stained.Property was roomy but could use better maintenance overall. The beds are too soft, and the neighbors' dogs barked every night of our stay, so that caused a lot of restless nights. We had a plumbing problem and we couldn't use either of the two bathrooms for 9 hours, and one of the showers for 24 hours; the host did reimburse an acceptable amount for this discomfort. The host wasn't as quick as I expected to answer some of the issues that we brought up. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. ##### Alberto T.
