Base rate includes 2 guests; $20 USD per additional guest. No parties allowed. This spacious 2-story home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room. Guests will enjoy a large backyard with a covered patio, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing. The house is equipped with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, printer, and a computer for work or entertainment. Ideal for families or business travelers. Guests have full access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, both living rooms, laundry room, and the large backyard with a covered patio. Free parking is available in front of the house. We give our guests privacy, but we’re always available via the Airbnb app for any questions or assistance. In case of emergencies, we can send someone in person. 🚫 Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed inside the house. We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet hours and treat the property as if it were their own. Exterior cameras monitor the number of guests for security purposes.
