Our cozy house is situated in a safe and gentrifying neighborhood of Dignowity Hill; just a short 5-min drive away from downtown San Antonio and The Alamo. It promises a relaxing escape from the everyday hustle and bustle while being close to excellent restaurants, shops, attractions, and landmarks. As with every downtown area, some homes are experiencing revitalization while others may need some TLC. We have made friends with several neighbors, and many have lived in their homes for many generations!

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of $250 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.  
  
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★  
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.  
  
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.  
  
All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of $250 for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be returned should no issues occur.
